3. Provider Decisions and Agreements
All applications are subject to the applicable provider’s independent underwriting, due diligence, eligibility requirements, policies, and final approval. Merchant Match Pro does not control or guarantee approval, pricing, processing rates, fees, reserves, funding schedules, chargeback policies, account limits, contract terms, service availability, or continued account status.
If you proceed, your processing services will be governed by a separate agreement directly between your business and the provider. You are responsible for reviewing that agreement before signing or using the provider’s services.
4. Referral Compensation
You are not charged a separate referral fee by Merchant Match Pro for submitting an inquiry through this website. Merchant Match Pro may receive commissions or other compensation from a payment-processing provider when a referred business applies for, opens, maintains, or uses an account or service. This compensation may create a financial interest in a referral.
5. Information You Provide
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You authorize us to use and share relevant information with potential processing providers and service providers as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit payment-card numbers, bank login credentials, passwords, Social Security numbers, or sensitive underwriting documents through the initial inquiry form.
